Spring Valley Inn

Moses S. Eisenhart owned and ran the Spring Valley Inn (left) in the mid-to-late 1800s. The family lived in the house pictured on the right. The Spring Valley Inn is still in operation as a resturaunt specializing in trout raised in pools fed by the spring underneath the Inn.
